D Floyd is Registered by the Financial Conduct Authority (DHF01010) and is subject to regulatory restrictions on personal account share dealing.  Accordingly his personal pension fund and personal portfolio is managed on a fully discretionary basis without reference to Mr Floyd and such portfolios may hold investments in individual companies with a nominal value of over £25,000 of which Mr Floyd is not aware.  Mr Floyd is not aware of any company in which he has such a large investment having any business in the area of this authority.
