Applications for the scheme for April 2025-March 2026 closed on Sunday 9 March 2025.

Applications received after this date will only be accepted where there are extenuating circumstances OR where the child/young person became eligible for the scheme after this date (in this situation, a reduced entitlement will be awarded.)

No applications, under any circumstance, will be accepted after 31 October 2025.

In order to apply for the Short Breaks Scheme, you will need to create a Wiltshire Council account, if you have not already done so.

Registering an account allows you to access a range of council services online.
