Salisbury Pride UKs aim is to raise the LGBTQ profile seeking better understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ community and ensuring that Salisbury is a safe and fully inclusive city for all. By making Salisbury a safe and fully inclusive city we hope to help tackle the mental ill health that many people in the LGBTQ community live with. We want to be inclusive of other maginalised group such as disabled and BAME communities too.

14. How will you monitor this?
We will use online surveys to gather feedback from people who attend our events and training and use this feedback to develop our work going forward.

15. Safeguarding. Please tell us about how you will protect and safeguard those involved in your project
Salisbury Pride UK has a safeguarding policy.All volunteers will be given safeguarding trainingAll volunteers are DBS checked.Caroline Corbin is the named safeguarding lead for the organisation.

16. If your project will continue after the Wiltshire Council funding runs out, how will you continue to fund it?
The aim is to have more corporate sponsors and to develop our ongoing fundraising abilities with Salisbury Pride UK aiming to become a registered charity.
