13. Please tell us WHO will benefit and HOW they will benefit from your project benefit your local community?
The objective of the art group is to provide a service for people on the fringes of society to help them to function within their community. A service that is social engaging fun creative and has learning and discovery at its very heart. Through evaluation of the previous project it was evident from evaluation that there was an increase in wellbeing of 74. One example of a member who blossomed over the duration of the course growing in confidence and showing a genuine delight and amazement in all that he did. He attended every session and expressed his enjoyment and gratitude each time. By monitoring post course activity we were able to show that participants were benefiting from more social interaction joining in with other creative activities and getting out and about more. The ripple effect on family and friends was also positive and commented on by many participants who had felt a sense of achievement and worth by attending sessions.

14. How will you monitor this?
Evaluation and reflection is useful to develop and improve the project. A wellbeing assessment is completed by all participants at the start and two weeks before the end of the project in order to manage expectations of a course ending. A report will be completed at the end of 6 months to demonstrate outcomes and for going forward into the Well City project. I have a report fromSalisbury Cathedral if required.

15. Safeguarding. Please tell us about how you will protect and safeguard those involved in your project
I am a Mental Health First Aider and have Advanced DBS.Salisbury Museum has the relevant safeguarding policys in place for staff and volunteers and will be responsible for s a central record of safeguarding and DBS.

16. If your project will continue after the Wiltshire Council funding runs out, how will you continue to fund it?
Salisbury Museum is currently in the process of submitting a bid for a Well City project in partnership with ArtCare Wessex Archaeology the Art Centre and Roche Court. this builds on the Social Prescribing pilot project that I worked on at Salisbury Cathedral. The project that I am doing will bridge the gap until the bid is completed and hopefully successful.

17. If this application forms part of a larger project (eg. building of new village hall), please state what this project is and approximately how much the overall project will cost.
