Dog waste bins are not being emptied. There is now bags of dog wast left both on the bin and next to it. If the council fail to empty the bins at a sufficient frequency the problem will continue. This has serious health and safety implications as the bin is situated next the the childrens play park on Elm Hill. Other bins in the local area are similarly affected by the councils lack of action on this ongoing matter.
