CATG Action / Recommendation

Issue

Speeding on the B3098 Between the Junction with Bitham Park and the Alfred Street Newtown Crossroads.51.26283 -2.17328 toward 51.26133 -2.17787.Having lived here for 15 years Im used to people speeding on this road however over the last 6 months those speeds seem to have increased and where the speeding cars where the minority they are now the majority. Driving for a living I have a keen eye for knowing what speed vehicles are doing and I can say with good certainty there are now cars rounding that corner in excess of 50mph.
