CATG Action / Recommendation

Its in Randalls Croft Road Wilton Salisbury. Its all the rubbish bins on the path grass verge around the flats of 98-108. These bins are a nuisance not to mention an eyesore. You cant get past with a pushchair or a wheel chair and considering there are old people bungalows in this road is not really onThe bin men sometimes leave them in the middle of the road. They have a washing line area that could quite easily be used to store them but its just laziness on behalf of the residents Please can you address this issue
