Kerry Fresh delivery van is parking inappropriately to make deliveries. Registration number DL63 PLJ. Central convenience store at 57 Sycamore Grove Trowbridge Wiltshire BA14 0JH. A bollard at the pedestrain crossing is badly damaged it has been knocked out of place. It is unclear who caused this damage but possibly caused by this van when reversing. The van crosses a double yellow line to park and drives illegally upon the footway to park wholly upon the footway.
