The view of the meeting was that as this is private land, representation should be made to facilities management at the Shires Gateway for them to put up no cycling signs and erect a barrier.

What would resolve issue

Cyclists exiting the Shires Gateway onto Stallard Street are continuing straight onto the road in order to avoid pedestrians on Stallard Street. Particularly issue in the morning school run. This has resulted in near misses and collisions between cyclists and passing vehicles. A barrier is needed to slow cyclistsprevent them from entering the carriageway
