10/07/2017 09:30:51 Inconvenience to residents is regrettable however if a driveway is blocked by another vehicle, residents should call the police and complain about obstruction. Residents should also inform the police if they are considered vulnerable. White lines are not enforceable.

Vehicles parking opposite Mr and Mrs Webbs drive causing an obstruction and preventing from getting out of the drive . This is causing a great deal of distress to the couple as they are both elderly and have regular visits to the Hospital for treatment .Other times when obstruction is gone it makes it easier. Webb suffers with giddiness and finds it difficult to walk.

Contacted the Police to report the road being obstructed opposite Number 3 White Horse Wayraised issue via CATG Councillor

What would resolve issue

A white line across their drive and yellow lines opposite.

Who needs to come together

Neighbourhood Police,in addition to Wiltshire and the Town Council. The Police have advise Mr and Mrs Webb to contact them giving at least1hrs notice prior to going to the hospital appointment they will arrange a visit.
