CATG Action / Recommendation

Issue

Monarchs Way Crosses The Portway east of Old Sarum where the Portway is de-restricted for speed. The view is particularly limited for traffic travelling east out of Old Sarum but not good for westbound traffic either. As a Parish Councillor I have been approached by 3 different members of the Old Sarum community in the last 6 weeks and would like to propose that a Pedestrian Crossing Warning sign is installed on the approach to the crossing as is often seen on dual carriageways in rural areas.
